Tech IQ EMEA GmbH · WolfenbuettelWe find out what is actually wrong, what is causing it and what should sensibly happen next. Including when the answer is: keep it and optimise.
Four statements from actual engagements — each written out further down this page, with the starting position and the approach.
The case behind the licence saving — native bundles instead of a third-party subscription →
We start by finding out what is actually wrong. Some of it is configuration. Some is process design. Some is an integration, a customisation, a question of ownership or of the operating model. The Health Check establishes which.
Nine process areas, on their own or combined. It should not take a transformation programme to learn why the close takes twelve days.
The Health Check does not depend on a follow-on project. Where the right action sits with your existing partner or your own team, the report says exactly that.
You know in advance which areas we review and how deep. No open-ended scoping and no consulting clock running in the background.
Ten sentences we hear regularly from companies already running NetSuite.
None of these sentences says what is broken. They only say that something is. That gap is what the Health Check closes.

Most of what a Health Check fixes is not visible from the outside — it shows up as a report that used to take seconds and now takes a minute, or a saved search nobody trusts anymore. We benchmark your environment against what native NetSuite reporting is supposed to deliver.
A Health Check does not necessarily end in a project. It ends by giving every finding a cause and a kind of answer.
The setup holds. What is missing is refinement, not foundation.
The capability is there, the configuration is wrong.
The system can do it. The process around it cannot.
Built because the standard capability was not known at the time.
Data arrives, but not completely and not on time.
What has to change is not the configuration but the ownership.
The process is right, what is missing is hands or knowledge.
The rarest finding, and the only one that needs a justification.
Reimplementation is one of eight answers. Not the starting point and not the norm.
That is why the Health Check has two depths. The difference is not duration. It is how far we look.
Configuration, architecture and system behaviour. The right scope when you believe the problem sits inside NetSuite.
What comes into viewEverything in System only, plus the end-to-end process, responsibilities, handovers, controls and the manual workarounds that have crept in.
And in additionSystem only: The reconciliation accounts are not set up as such, so the difference only surfaces at close.
System & operations: Additionally, nobody is named as the owner of that reconciliation, and the correction has run through a side list for two years.
You can select more than one. Whatever you pick here is carried into the request below.
The same structure for every area and depth. No overall percentage score, because it hides exactly what you need to know.
The report stays with you. It is written so that another partner could work from it.
That is why the roadmap can be read without having read the findings first.
For Germany and EMEA, NetSuite ships native localisation bundles at no extra cost — including German chart-of-accounts templates, DATEV export, SEPA and ISO-20022 payments, EU VAT and Intrastat reporting. Many clients do not use them because the configuration was skipped during the original rollout.
For one DACH mid-market client we configured these native bundles correctly and replaced an existing paid third-party bundle with identical functional coverage.
Honest ordering: our senior team sits in DACH. OneWorld clients with US or APAC subsidiaries are covered from our own subsidiaries — no partner chains, no timezone gaps, one consistent delivery standard across all three regions.

Choose the areasA go-live that is tipping over. A close that will not close. A project that has stood still for months. Then going through area and depth selection is the wrong route.
Write to us directly with Recovery in the subject line. We treat those enquiries with priority and come back to you before we talk about any review scope.
The Health Check is the product for existing installations. The three assessments sit before it, each at a different decision.
The most common objections, answered openly.
A productised assessment for existing NetSuite installations. Depending on the process area and review depth you choose, we examine performance, process-fit, license and bundle inventory, governance and audit-readiness. Output is a documented scorecard with prioritised findings and concrete, actionable next steps.
No open-ended T&M scoping, no running advisory clock, no dependency on a follow-on engagement.
Very often yes. NetSuite ships native EMEA and GER localisation bundles at no extra cost — including DATEV export, SEPA payments, German chart-of-accounts templates, EU VAT and Intrastat reporting.
The Germany & localisation area builds the replacement matrix and calculates the annual saving. In one DACH case that came to roughly €6,600 net per year — plus a noticeably more stable system, because the scheduled scripts and workflows of the third-party bundle simply fall away in the native path.
If you believe the problem sits in the system, System only on the affected area is usually enough. If the process breaks in several places and users work around NetSuite, System & operations is the more honest scope.
If you are unsure: pick the area that hurts most and describe the problem in your own words. We will propose the scope.
Yes. The report stays with you and is usable independently, including as a reference against other NetSuite partners. It is written so that a third party can work from it.
On commercial terms: they depend on the process area and review depth you choose. You get them with the scope proposal, before you decide.
Yes. Our focus is DACH with a senior team on the ground. For OneWorld clients with US or APAC subsidiaries we deliver from our own entities: AMER coverage through our US subsidiary on Eastern/Pacific hours, APAC coverage through our Singapore and Manila entities.
No partner chains, no timezone gaps, one consistent delivery standard across all three regions.
Every assessment is run at senior level. The person who signs the report is the same person who runs the scoping call and presents the readout to the leadership team.
No delegated junior delivery, no farm teams. That is the baseline for the NetSuite Business Unit — particularly non-negotiable in the Health Check context.
Pick the areas, pick the depth, tell us briefly where you stand. You get a scope proposal and the commercial terms within one working day.
